We are looking for an excellent People & Organization Officer to handle the internal functions and development of the TMP People and Organization.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external clients.
2. Responsible for employee database and attendance management
3. Responsible for HR-related activities such as KPI handling, SOP arrangement, assets handling and events/engagement activities handling.
4. Maintaining good relationships with both internal and external clients.
5. Assist PO team to handle other PO related matters.
6. Conduct assessment and analysis for employees training program
7. Organize employee's job description
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology, HRM, Law or related fields
2. Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from a reputable university
3. Have min. 2 years experience in the HR division, especially in recruitment.
4. Experience in SOP and Company Regulations arrangement are preferable.
5. Good interviewing skills
6. Experience in handling employees training program
7. Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
8. Excellent data management: organized, punctual, and accurate
9. Have good English proficiency (both oral and written)
10. Good people management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
11. Fast learner, proactive, and self-motivated
