We are looking for an excellent People & Organization Officer

We are looking for an excellent People & Organization Officer to handle the internal functions of the TMP People and Organization Division of Operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Assisting end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external clients
  2. Responsible for employee database and attendance management
  3. Responsible for HR-related finance activities such as payroll calculation & payment (incl. PPh21), BPJS handling, reimbursement/claim handling, assets handling, events/engagement activities handling.
  4. Handling courier schedule
  5. Maintaining good relationships with both internal and external clients
  6. Assist PO team to handle other PO related matters

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
  2. Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from a reputable university
  3. Have min. 2 years experience in the HR division, especially in recruitment. Experience in handling payroll is a plus (PPh21)
  4. Good interviewing skills
  5. Good knowledge of BPJS system and operation
  6. Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
  7. Excellent data management: organized, punctual, and accurate
  8. Have good English proficiency (both oral and written)
  9. Good people management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
  10. Fast learner, proactive, and self-motivated
